In May we will continue removing invasive Spanish bluebells from Sandy Dell to allow native bluebells to be planted. We will then move on to the woodland at the side of Widley Gardens.
Meet at the corner of Privett Road and Widley Gardens at 9.30am. Parking in Widley Gardens.
Please bring gardening gloves and a kneeling pad would be useful. Boots or stout shoes are recommended.
We welcome new volunteers. You do not need experience of conservation work
and there is no obligation to attend every task. More information can be found on
our website. If you have not worked with the group before it would be helpful if you could let us know you will join us.
